A true wedding coordinator works with you on a personal level.  On the day of your wedding your coordinator is the “central brain” for all portions of the day. This package allows us to take care of all the details from start to finish. We go over every aspect of your wedding. We will be there to listen to your wishes regarding décor, venue locations and vendors. We will match you with the right choices, doing all the leg-work for you regarding the search. We will provide any necessary advisement regarding save-the-date announcements all the way through to guest reservations and everything in-between! We provide as much as 20 hours of consultation, budget development and management, location and vendor search and contact, table layouts, seating assignments, etiquette advice, time lines, rehearsal and reception assistance and much more. As a result, giving you the gift of a totally carefree celebration on your special day.

The Icing on The Cake Package is for the bride and groom who have already obtained their venue or have done some of the wedding planning but simply have decided it is time to bring in an extra hand. It may be due to time restraints, fatigue or simply a desire to have more time to enjoy their engagement without the added stress and demands of details. With this package we take over where you left off and provide you with the total finished dream wedding. We continue to consult with the bride and groom, help with budget development and management, referral list of vendors, vendor contact, etiquette advice, table layouts, seating assignments, timeliness, rehearsal and reception assistance and much more.

This package is for the bride and groom that have done the majority of the planning and would like to simplify the wedding day. A wedding coordinator will help keep them organized during the wedding rehearsal and the day of the wedding and reception.  We will step in about one month prior to the big event and offer consultation time with you and oversee all the final wedding details.  We will act as a liaison between you and your vendors, buffer any concerns that may occur, provide etiquette advisement, orchestrate setup of the ceremony and reception locations, and provide itineraries and timeliness, and much more! We want to make sure you, your family, and your guests can enjoy your beautiful day without any worries.

·         Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding

·         Development of a detailed wedding time line and floor

          plan for contracted vendors and bridal party

·         Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary

·         Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

·         Assist bride and bridal party throughout the wedding day

·         Coordinate all elements of the set-up and event

          between vendors at ceremony and reception

·         Deliver and set-up all specialty items to venue:

          place cards, table numbers, guest book, gift table, 

          centerpieces, etc.

·         Attending, overseeing, set-up and directing the ceremony
